What a treat to win TWO song categories at Winfield in the same year! Daniel's song "I TOOK THE KING'S COIN" from his 2009 album "He Dreams" was selected as the Saturday Winner in the Songs of Feelin' Blue category (please see the September 16 show for this year's other Winner). Back in 2005 Daniel's song "MAMA'S WORDS" from his 2003 release "The Old International" won the Songs Appropriate for Children category. It'll be great to be back at the Walnut Valley Festival.
